Her professional journey includes consulting at the renowned Ernst & Young, where she honed her skills in strategic financial planning and consulting to businesses. She has also held various accounting roles in both public and private companies, gaining experience across a range of industries, including defense & security, moving & storage, healthcare, and financial services.

Karen’s impressive academic background includes earning her MBA from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University.
